As a ready-to-use 100% vapor phase inhibitor, VpCI®-339 is ideal for the preservation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in void spaces. Using Cortec®’s unique Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor technology, VpCI®-339 migrates to protect even the most difficult-to-reach metal surfaces, reducing material and labor costs when protecting metals from corrosion during storage, layup, or regular operation.
When properly applied, VpCI®-339 leaves no residue, allowing immediate use or deployment of products or equipment, with no costly clean-up process common with conventional oil-based rust preventatives. In addition, VpCI®-339 contains no sulfur, making it suitable for use in fuel systems.

APPLICATION
VpCI®-339 is ideal for a wide variety of void space applications, including complex internal cavities, double-wall spaces, pipes, heat exchangers, modules, tanks, crates, and containers, as well as in transportation or deep storage of key assets.
To protect metals with VpCI®-339, fog or mist into void spaces at a rate of 0.15–0.2 oz per cubic foot of enclosed space (0.15–0.2 L/m3). Always fog uniformly and allow direct access of vapors to metal surfaces. After application, ensure space is fully enclosed. PACKAGING & STORAGE
VpCI®-339 is available in 5 gallon (19 L) pails, 55 gallon (208 L) drums, 275 gallon (1,045 L) totes, and in bulk. To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40–100° F (4–38° C).
