Description: BioPad® is a unique, flexible, and versatile corrosion inhibiting emitter made from a primarily biobased non-woven PLA fabric. Offering a high concentration of VpCI® technology impregnated throughout the substrate, its thin, unobtrusive design and biobased engineering reduces material consumption as well as waste output when compared with similar polyurethane foam emitters.
BioPad® is easy to use. Simply place the appropriately sized product inside an enclosed package, and metal items will be protected. Parts protected by BioPad® are always ready for use right out of the box; no cleaning, degreasing, or coating removal is required. This further reduces labor and material costs for any application.
